With Alloy, an improved claims process will help optimize investigation, treatment, recovery and return-to-work planning for any member of your team who becomes injured at work. This careful attention and monitoring of claims ultimately leads to injured employees successfully treated and lower claims costs for the plan and lower premiums for the employer.

Alloy’s Wellness Solution takes the guesswork out of workforce health. Through targeted screenings, preventive programs, and measurable engagement initiatives, we help organizations reduce absenteeism, lower healthcare costs, and improve overall productivity. But we go further — connecting wellness directly to financial outcomes like reduced claims frequency, premium savings, and improved tax efficiency. Wellness isn’t a “perk” at Alloy — it’s a business strategy that drives ROI.

Every business faces risk, but not every business manages it with foresight. Alloy’s team of specialists use data for cost modeling and claims analytics. We deliver clarity where risk feels complex, translating exposures into actionable strategies that strengthen operational resilience and profitability. Our consultative model ensures each client’s risk strategy is as unique as their workforce - scalable, compliant, and financially optimized.

Today's workplace risks extend far beyond claims and compliance. Rising healthcare costs, retention challenges, and employee well-being are now core business risks. That's why Alloy built Total Risk Shield (TRS): a proactive solution that integrates workers' compensation, preventative wellness, and risk consultation under one program.
With TRS, we don't just respond to injuries or losses. We help prevent them by addressing the root causes of risk: employee health, safety culture, and administrative complexity.

Businesses partner with Alloy because we make complex challenges simple, measurable, and manageable.
Integrated Expertise: Workers' Comp, Wellness, and Risk Consultation, all connected under one strategy.
Proactive Prevention: We reduce costs before they occur through analytics, employee health programs, and smarter claims oversight.
Administrative Ease: Our streamlined systems and team approach remove the friction of managing multiple vendors or disconnected programs.
Proven ROI: From FICA tax savings to lower premiums and improved productivity, our clients see measurable impact within months.
At Alloy, we don't just manage risk. We engineer advantage. Our mission is to help employers safeguard what matters most: their people, their potential, and their profits.

Alloy’s mission and purpose is to help our clients to manage their workforce and the associated risk leading to reduced cost, simplified administration and improved outcomes. We’ve accomplished this by being an innovator and taking advantage of improvements in technology and communication to design an organization that knows how to deliver better outcomes for our clients.

f you're a fan of motorsports you might have seen Alloy Employer Services as the title sponsor of the No. 11 Alloy Employer Services Chevrolet Camaro for Kaulig Racing. Entering the 2024 season, Alloy is proud to be a supporting partner of Josh Williams.
Josh Williams, born on August 3, 1993, is set to tackle the 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) season behind the wheel of the No. 11 Alloy Employer Services Chevrolet Camaro, representing Kaulig Racing.
Concurrently competing in the NXS, Williams made his NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) debut in 2022, showcasing his potential with two lead-lap finishes in three starts.
After clinching his first AMS victory in 2016, NASCAR veteran Mario Gosselin, a longtime friend, joined forces with Williams, bringing him on board for select NXS races under DGM Racing. This collaboration evolved into full-time participation in 2019. The peak of his career came in 2020 with six top-10 finishes and a respectable 15th-place finish in the championship standings.
In 2023, Williams gained media attention following an incident at Atlanta Motor Speedway where he parked his car on the frontstretch. Leveraging this exposure, he drew attention to the Josh Williams Hospital Tour (JWHT), an initiative he founded in 2015 to bring hope to sick children and their families. His altruistic efforts earned him a nomination for the 2022 Comcast Community Champion of the Year award.
His journey in motorsports began at the age of four, zipping around go-kart tracks near his hometown of Port Charlotte, Fla. Progressing through the ranks of local short tracks, he made his national series debut in the ARCA Menards Series (AMS) in 2009. Establishing Josh Williams Motorsports, he dedicated himself to nurturing emerging talents across various racing disciplines.
Adding another dimension to his racing career, Williams will also run part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2024, alongside his full-time commitment to the No. 11 Chevy Camaro for Kaulig Racing.
